In het kader van de dienstverlening biedt het Lloydhotel aanstaande zaterdag tussen 20.00 en 24.00 uur een nieuwe, unieke service: het verhaaltje voor het slapengaan. Gasten die moeite hebben de slaap te vatten, kunnen op hun kamer door een schrijver laten voorlezen. Vanwege hun reputatie als makers van meest slaapverwekkend hedendaags proza zijn Hanna Bervoets, Jan Donkers, Aliefka Bijlsma en Henk Rijks bereid gevonden hieraan deel te nemen.
